From the Dispatch Console:
1. On the routes page, choose the route and click on the “pad & pencil” icon next to the primary driver’s name.
2. Change Driver Type to “Secondary Drivers & Helpers” and select the secondary driver from the dropdown list. Click “Save.”
From the Mobile App:
1. Click the “Dispatch” tab. Choose the route and click on the “pad & pencil” icon next to the primary driver’s name.
2. Change Driver Type to “Secondary Drivers & Helpers” and select the secondary driver from the dropdown list. Click “Save.”
