From the Dispatch Console:
1. In the Dispatch Console: Settings > Drivers and Dispatchers.
2. Under “Things That You Can Do,” click “Add Driver.”
3. Enter the driver’s full name, phone number, email, and FedEx ID#. Add manager and warehouse from the dropdown lists.
4. If safety is enabled for the account, be sure the “Enroll in safety training” option is checked. Click “add driver.”
5. The driver will automatically receive a text message asking them to download the app and sign in. *
From the Mobile App:
1. Click the Dispatch tab.
2. Click the Menu Bars on the top right of the screen.
3. Click: Settings > Drivers and Dispatchers.
4. Click the blue circle with the plus sign.
5. Enter the driver’s full name, phone number, email, and FedEx ID#. Add manager and warehouse from the dropdown lists. If safety is enabled for the account, be sure the “Enroll in safety training” option is checked. Click “add driver.”
6. The driver will automatically receive a text message asking them to download the app and sign in. *
*When a user is added to your Beans Route account, the email used to create the user account is also the user’s password. Passwords are case sensitive, so we suggest using all lowercase letters when entering email addresses. Be sure to verify that all information is correctly entered before hitting “add driver.”
NOTE: The process above is the same for adding BCs and AOs. BCs should be entered as “Dispatchers” and AOs as “Managers. Simply change the “Role” from the dropdown list.
