1. Open the Beans Route App
2. The Pre-Dispatch Scan functionality should open automatically. If it does not, click on the camera icon in the top right hand corner of your app (iPhone) or the Barcode Scan icon (Android)
3. This will turn your phones camera into a scanner. Point your phones camera at the barcode on the package listed on your route.
4. You will see two things:
- 1. Package Reconciled (This means that you scanned a barcode that is associated with a package on your route)
- 2. Stop # (We would recommend Marking the stop sequence number on your package so that you know in what order to load your vehicle and which package is associated with which stop. This will save you a lot of time)
5. When you finish scanning all your packages, click on the X in the top left hand Corner.
6. Click on the hub image on the bottom of your scan app. (If this is your first time logging in, you'll have to click on Clock In.)
7. Click on Finish Scan
8. To begin your deliveries (iPhone: Click on Next in the top right hand corner) (Android: Click on the first Pin)
9. Click on the navigate button that comes up and follow the route.
