If you are an account owner and wish to cancel your Beans Route account, please refer to the terms specified in the contract and/or Terms of Service. If you still desire to cancel your account send an email request to support@beans.ai specifying the desired date of your cancellation.
If you choose to discontinue, cancel or terminate any Services for which you have agreed to on an Order Form before the end of the term agreed to in such Order Form, Beans Route shall have the right to immediately charge the Payment Method associated with your Account for the remaining balance due.
After completing the term you agreed upon in your Order Form, you can cancel at any time by requesting it through our support email listed above.
If you are an employee of a company that uses Beans Route and you wish to delete your account, please talk to your employer who has the ability to remove your account through their web interface.
To delete your app from your phone, please locate the app on your home screen, long press on the app and then click on the option to remove the app.
