If you have Safety Training enabled as part of your Beans Route account, you can receive daily and/or weekly summaries about your drivers’ safety status (e.g., passing or failing) and course(s) to be completed. To receive these notifications, follow the steps below.
From the Dispatch Console:
1. Click Settings > Preferences > Notifications > Team.
3. Select which notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them (e.g. push notification, SMS text, and/or email). Click "Save."
[The last notification setting “Employee Information Collection Notifications” is not currently active and you should toggle those receipt options to off.]
If you are receiving notifications and do NOT want them, please follow the steps above and toggle off the receive notifications options.
Currently the notifications are a global setting which applies to the entire account. This means we are not able to filter the notifications by warehouse/terminal.
