From the Dispatch Console:
1. Click Live Status > Asset Tracking.
2. Read the Terms of Service.
3. Click the check box and then click "Confirm."
4. Create a typewritten list of the serial numbers for all of your scanners.
5. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please include your company name and the list of scanner serial numbers.
6. Beans Route Support will enter the scanner information to your Beans Route account. Once the scanners have been linked to your account, you can return to the Asset Tracking page where the location of the scanners will be indicated on the map and the last date and time the scanner was pinged will be listed in the table.
